  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available, with 2-3 business days delivery for domestic orders.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method you choose. During checkout, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on the destination, size, weight of the items, and the shipping service selected. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be due upon delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are subject to carrier delays.

  • Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery progress. You can also track your order directly through our website by logging into your account.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. Please provide a physical shipping address during checkout.
  • Restricted Products: Some products, due to size, weight, or regulations, may not be eligible for international shipping. We will notify you if an item in your order is restricted.

6. International Shipping Considerations

When placing an international order, please note the following:

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues, may cause shipping delays. In case of a delay, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and determine the best course of action.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will guide you through the claims process for a refund or replacement.
